first ivp game today.
we won ngee ann poly. =)
70-15.
good build ups of 10,19,27,14 goals for the 4 quarts. (y)
but the first Q wasnt impressive due to bad warm up i guess.
and shockingly ntu din hold the tp opponents down :p
oh my.
beginning to worry about the semifinals. :p

anyways, rahayu prepared ice bath for ntu and us at the src swimming pool.
4 packets of ice, and my legs are feeling those prickly needles just 1 min in.
we did 7 mins, the last time i did was only 1.
excruciating and almost unbearable. :p
came out with red legs and itchy feet.
(you know, the usual sensitive skin feeling i get all the time)

din really calm down until much later. :p
feets feeling sore still, macham run marathon.
its the ice bath not the game though...
but no muscle aches for now. (y)
not sure if this ice bath thing is a good thing for me. :p
haha.

then had dinner/supper with bird, can, planet and the crystal.
ate at 85, ken spammed us with food. :p

but it was good.
