there is light

today in lecture, i learnt how many psychotherapist it takes to fix a lightbulb.
just one, but the lightbulb's got to WANT to BE changed.
its also about which theoretical orientation the psychotherapist is skewed towards i guess.

so its another day spent "studying" and attending lectures.
and contemplating buying textbks and 21st presents.
in which i have decided to put myself down for the Adolescence 11th ed.
hmm... hope the book looks pretty enough for me to want to read it.
already touching up on some bio reads to prepare for the bio psych lectures.
neurotransmitters and MAOs.

went to ikea ytd for some meatballs with extra sauce and fries at the side.
not to forget free re-fills for $1.50, only refilled once.
then walked around queensway and liked (y) a blue and white nike shoe.
haha.

trng that night was sweaty and glossy.
played catching! haha.
claudia came up with a new slogan: "have jugs, will travel!"
haha.
i guess no one will understand this other than us. :p
